Manufacturing
Our factory is equipped for heavy and custom steel fabrication. Core equipment includes dual-wire, dual-arc CNC submerged-arc automatic welding machines, a 20,000 W CNC laser cutting machine, CNC plasma and flame cutting systems, an eight-axis intersecting-line steel pipe cutting machine, H-beam assembly and straightening machines, a 12-head shot-blasting and descaling machine, and more than 200 CO₂ gas-shielded welding machines.

Our Shandong location provides access to major northern China ports. The existing company profile states that the factory is approximately 100 km from Qingdao Port and more than 200 km from Tianjin Port, supporting containerized and break-bulk shipment planning for international projects.

Featured Projects
FSS has participated in industrial buildings, heavy steel structures, pipe trusses, bridge steelwork, and landmark projects. One featured case is a 25,890 m² heavy industrial workshop equipped with 75-ton overhead cranes. The project combined tubular truss columns, welded H-section beams, and H-section/box crane girders, requiring detailed Tekla coordination, large-component fabrication, strict welding control, and precision installation.
