The fabricated components are Steel Columns, Main Beams, Secondary Beams, Bracing, Connection Plates, Node Components, and Other Structural Steel Items Confirmed by Approved Drawings. Manufacturing follows the drawing-controlled workflow of Incoming Material Inspection, Cutting, Tube Coping / Beveling when applicable, Assembly, Tack Welding, Welding, Correction, Dimensional Inspection, Shot Blasting, Painting / Hot-dip Galvanizing, Member Marking, Packing, Container Loading, and Export Delivery. Released drawings are converted into material batches, cutting or preparation lists, assemblies, weld operations, inspection points, finishing lots, member marks, and shipment groups. Equipment, capacity, trial assembly, special tooling, and unusual tolerances are confirmed separately when they apply to the order.

Factory QC records Incoming Material: Material Certificate, Steel Grade, Specification, and Surface Condition; Assembly: Dimensions, Node Position, and Centerline; Welding: Weld Size, Appearance, Distortion, and UT / MT when specified; Final Inspection: Overall Dimensions, Bolt Hole Position, and Member Identification; Painting: Appearance, and Dry Film Thickness; Galvanizing: Appearance, and Zinc Coating Thickness. Product-specific checks include Floor-Related Dimensions, Node Positions, Bolt-Hole Positions, Beam-Column Interfaces, Member Marks, and Drawing Consistency. Material certificates and identification support traceability, while dimensional and welding records follow the agreed inspection plan. UT, MT, coating reports, galvanizing reports, and third-party inspection records are supplied when specified or contracted. Inspection points, acceptance criteria, witness requirements, and document formats are confirmed before production.

Packing and shipment practices include Member Marking, Steel Pallets, Small Parts Packed Separately, Bolt Packages, Flange Protection, Node Protection, Segment Packing, 40HQ Container, Open Top Container when applicable, and Break Bulk Shipment when required. Additional product-specific packing controls include Group and mark members by floor, grid line, or erection sequence when applicable, Pack bolts and loose connection items separately, and Segment oversized members only according to approved drawings. Surface treatment follows the confirmed painting, hot-dip galvanizing, or other approved requirement, with appearance, dry-film-thickness, or coating-thickness checks where applicable. Member marks, loose-part packages, bolt packages, packing lists, and shipment groups remain connected to released drawings and lists. Container type, Open Top use, or break-bulk shipment depends on confirmed dimensions and logistics. FSS can prepare export packing and FOB or CIF delivery documentation, while unloading, lifting engineering, temporary works, installation, and site supervision are excluded unless separately contracted.

Available normal or conditional deliverables include Shop Drawings, Tekla Model when included, Material List, Bolt List, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Mill Certificates, Visual Inspection Report, UT / MT Report when specified, Painting Report, Galvanizing Report, Loading Photos, Container Loading Plan, and Third-party Inspection Report when specified and contracted. The order document list identifies included items, drawing-release requirements, NDT or third-party inspection requirements, and applicable coating and loading records.
